Media Saturn optimizes customer processes in its stores

As part of the CRM measures planned by Media-Saturn, the customer process at the point of sale is to be optimized. Specifically, this involves coordinated customer contact and the distribution of information across all Austrian stores.

The store employees can record customer wishes and interests using tablet PCs and coordinate the desired form of communication with the customer.

POS Solutions has adapted the standard POSportal Server application and the associated front end to meet Media-Saturn's requirements and installed them in Media-Saturn's data center.

The solution is being introduced in individual phases and in specifically selected stores.
