POS Solutions GmbH is a technology leader in the fields of digital onboarding, online identification, and electronic signatures. Together with our international customers and partners, we drive the development of reliable solutions for the digital transformation of banks, insurance companies, fintech firms, telecommunications companies, retail businesses, and industrial enterprises. 

Your future responsibilities include:

  • Independently managing client projects—from analysis through planning to rollout.
  • Acting as the liaison between the client and the development team: alignment, coordination, and tracking
  • Detailed specification of client requirements and preparation for development.
  • Creation and maintenance of project plans, effort estimates, and risk assessments.
  • Maintenance of requirements and the backlog in Jira and Confluence.
  • Regular meetings with our clients, including preparation and follow-up.

 

You have:

  • Experience managing IT or software projects.
  • Technical background, ideally in software development—you understand how systems interact via interfaces.
  • Confident demeanor when interacting with clients, ideally in a banking or regulated environment.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, as well as an understanding of agile software development.
  • Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team, personal responsibility,
  • and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to attend on-site meetings at the client’s location.
