POS Solution GmbH is a technological leader in the field of digital onboarding, online identification, and electronic signatures. Together with our international customers and partners, we promote reliable solutions involving the digitization of banks, insurance companies, fintech companies, telecommunication, trade, and industrial companies.

 

Your future responsibilities include:

  • Independently develop technical solutions based on customer requirements and provide conceptual support for the further development of our products.

  • Implement and oversee enhancements from concept through rollout in both the frontend and backend (.NET / Angular).

  • Mentor our junior developers in design and implementation.

  • Actively contribute to architectural decisions for our products as well as for a wide variety of customer projects.

  • Ensuring quality standards (code reviews, technical standards, agile development).

  • Supporting individual development teams with challenging problems.

You have:

  • A completed technical degree in IT (HTL, FH, university) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in full-stack development (ideally in C# / .NET and Angular).
  • In-depth knowledge of software architecture and the design of distributed systems (REST, microservices).
  • Experience with databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines; experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
  • A passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring our junior developers.
  • Experience in the area of accessibility (WCAG 2.2) is desirable.
