KSV1870 launches new portal - POSportal realizes the electronic end-to-end process

As part of the redesign of the KSV1870 Internet portal, the digital application route for InfoPass and GDPR information orders has also been integrated. These documents contain the information stored about private individuals at KSV1870 and are based on the respective purpose of use.

Previously, orders were placed using an online form and delivered by post. Now this process is completely digitalized - from ordering, user authentication and payment to delivery as a PDF download link by e-mail. The credit rating information arrives in the e-mail inbox within two working days. "Security and data protection are our top priorities, which is why we are delighted that we have now found a digital solution that meets these requirements while significantly improving service quality," says Gerhard Wagner, Managing Director of KSV1870 Information GmbH.

The digital application routes were implemented together with Kapsch Business Com on its KISS platform. 

Important components of the Kapsch Business Com SaaS offer are

- Individual document and workflow management,

- Video and photo identification,

- credit checks and plausibility checks,

- Structured, OCR-supported customer data capture and

- digital signatures in combination with biometric signatures.

The services are primarily aimed at financial and retail companies to optimize their eCommerce offering.
