Implementation of the qualified electronic signature for purchasing processes at Energie AG

In order to fully digitize all purchasing processes, Energie AG Oberösterreich has introduced the qualified electronic signature in accordance with eIDAS in the form of the Handy Signatur from A-Trust. Employees in the purchasing department can now sign their electronic documents electronically.

The technical implementation was carried out entirely on the basis of POSportal server technology and the POSsign module. The cell phone signature from A-Trust was provided in the signature client, so that in addition to the advanced electronic signature, the qualified electronic signature is now also available. Signing takes place via a cloud appliance.
