Electronic signature at the service counters of the Pension Insurance Institution (PVA)
Until now, the process at the service counters of the pension insurance institution was largely paper-based. As part of the “ZEPTA” project, this is now set to change and signatures will also be provided electronically in future.
Following an in-depth analysis of the existing processes at the service desk, the use case of “recording concerns with transcript” was identified as representative and relevant for implementation.
Following the implementation of the pilot operation, an electronic signature solution is now going into operation at the PVA service counters, which is based on a client-server architecture and collects the customer's signature using a signature tablet.
