Electronic online declaration of consent to the new General Data Protection Regulation at Mediaprint Verlag

As a result of the entry into force of the new General Data Protection Regulation, MediaPrint now relies on a fully automated solution to obtain a clear declaration of consent from its customers and interested parties.

Employees at the MediaPrint telephone service line require a declaration of consent from your customers and interested parties to contact them via various communication channels (telephone, email, etc.).

The values of the declaration of consent (how and with what content the customer/prospect may be contacted) are taken from the CRM system and displayed to the customer or prospect on their personal mobile device (e.g. smartphone or tablet PC). The customer/prospect confirms their declaration of consent with their signature, which is then stored in the CRM system. Changes are always confirmed by the customer/prospect.

The solution has been tested for compliance. It guarantees a clear, audit-proof status for customer data management.

MediaPrint uses the web-based "Software-as-a-Service" (SaaS) service of the Kapsch KISS platform, so that a very short project lead time could be achieved.
