Subsequent legitimization of existing customers at DADAT Onlinebank

In accordance with the requirements of the financial supervisory authorities, bank customer data must always be kept up to date and checked regularly. To make this process as efficient and convenient as possible for its customers, DADAT Onlinebank has introduced a fully digital process based on the existing POS TPS platform.

Customers receive an invitation link and can confirm and, if necessary, update their personal data following automated remote identification. This is possible via the POSportal module POSident.

The FOTOIDENT plus process of the POSident module is used here. In an additional step, the results of the fully automated auto-identification process are manually checked by an expert.

This has the following advantages:

- High level of security due to double check (manual and systemic check).

- A targeted check of selected and additional individual features is possible.
