Suzuki wants to make its used and new car range more easily accessible to online customers via the Internet.

A pilot operation will be used to test how online sales can be concluded optimally. Suzuki is assuming the role of intermediary for its dealers.

The POSportal platform takes over the process steps

- Customer and product data capture,

- identification and

- contract handling and digital signature.

The focus is on a good customer experience and an electronic end-to-end process.
