Rollout of “Scan and Sign” successfully completed

Electronic signatures for transaction documents are now also available at all BAWAG P.S.K. post office counters. Several hundred thousand documents have already been successfully signed and archived.

The rollout focused on transaction receipts that generate a large volume of documents at the point of sale, such as deposits and withdrawals, direct debits, account credits, etc..

At Post AG, among others, “Scan and Sign” has proven to be a robust and reliable solution in regular operation, so that both management and branch employees have drawn an extremely positive conclusion.

The entire document handling and archiving process has been significantly improved, and BAWAG P.S.K. can also rely on a fully electronic point of sales document management system.
