POS Solutions GmbH: Successful introduction of POSsign CREATOR at AMAG Austria Metall AG

POS Solutions GmbH announces the successful introduction of POSsign CREATOR at AMAG Austria Metall AG. The electronic signature and workflow solution will prospectively be used in the area of financial processes, making a significant contribution to digitalization and increased efficiency. Once again, POS Solutions GmbH was able to clearly assert itself over the American competition.

AMAG, one of the leading aluminum corporations in Europe, has opted for POSsign CREATOR for the legally compliant, transparent and seamless handling of its signature processes in finance departments. Documents that were previously laboriously processed in paper form and physically signed can now be created, approved and signed digitally.

The implementation of POSsign CREATOR significantly accelerates internal processes in AMAG's finance department while at the same time fulfilling the highest security and compliance requirements.

POSsign CREATOR offers end-to-end workflow support: from document creation and multi-stage clearance to legally compliant electronic signatures. The solution is flexibly scalable and can be adapted to individual company processes.

"We are proud to be able to support AMAG Austria Metall AG as an important partner in the region with the digitalization of its financial processes. The successful introduction shows how digital signature solutions bring efficiency gains and at the same time guarantee legal security," as Markus Mayrhofer, Managing Director of POS Solutions GmbH, explained.

By introducing POSsign CREATOR, AMAG is taking a further step towards paperless processes, greater efficiency and digital sustainability.
