Introduction of electronic signature flows at Energie AG

Energie AG electronic documents can now be uploaded to the cloud and signed electronically. Signature processes can be initiated with any number of signatories.

The Executive Board in particular was the driving force behind the implementation of the project.

The coronavirus situation in particular is making it increasingly difficult to be physically present when a signature is required.

An electronic signature flow shortens the processing time and makes all processes much more flexible. Especially now, when many employees are at different locations and can often only be reached remotely.

The solution therefore definitely pays off in terms of business continuity.
